Charged Up: The Perfect Lazy Sunday DIY

Browsing Apartment Therapy weeks ago, we came across this awesome, extremely simple DIY recipe to dress up our boring old phone chargers (and keep them from getting mixed up with anyone else’s ever again). Lovin’ yourself a day of movie marathons? This DIY won’t distract you from your desired entertainment but will certainly give you the feeling that your time of relaxation was well spent.

This DIY is glittery, glamorous and will take you hardly any time at all. All you’ll need is a snazzy bottle of glitter paint or polish and your charger. We chose to use Forever 21’s Love&Beauty Gold Glitter nail polish (a favorite and a steal at only $2.80).

Paint a layer on one side and then let it sit for a few moments while it dries. Continue moving your way around the charger, adding a layer of glitter each time until it is as thick as you’d like it to be.
